Role Overview The Senior Executive MIS, Reporting Analytics will be responsible for managing end-to-end reporting processes, developing dashboards, analyzing data trends, and providing actionable insights to support business decision-making. The role demands a strong understanding of data management, analytical thinking, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure timely and accurate reporting. Role Summary Responsible for end-to-end MIS management, reporting, analytics, and dashboard creation to support data-driven business decisions. Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data across all reports. Develop and automate dashboards in Power BI / Tableau / Excel. Perform data analysis and provide insights on key business metrics. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for data collection and validation. Highlight trends, variances, and performance gaps to stakeholders. Drive standardization and automation of reporting processes. Skills Competencies Strong in Advanced Excel , Power BI / Tableau , and data visualization . Analytical mindset with high attention to detail. Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work with large and complex data sets. Qualifications Experience Graduate / Postgraduate in Commerce, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, or related field. 3 6 years experience in MIS, Reporting, or Analytics roles. Exposure to automation and dashboard tools preferred. Key Deliverables - Timely and accurate MIS and dashboards. Actionable insights to support leadership decisions. Streamlined and automated reporting processes.
