4. User Content

5.2 Job Applications

Candidates submitting applications:

• Grant employers permission to review their profile and application

5.3 No Guarantees

We do not guarantee job placement, interview opportunities, or hiring outcomes. We are a platform that connects candidates and employers but are not involved in the hiring process or decisions.

6. Payments and Fees

Certain features of our Platform may require payment:

• Payment terms will be disclosed before purchase
• All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
• We reserve the right to change pricing with notice
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

7.1 Platform Availability

We strive to maintain Platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

We are not responsible for:

• Candidate qualifications or background verification
• Outcomes of job applications or hiring decisions
• Content posted by other users
• Third-party websites or services linked from our Platform

7.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Analyzed.in and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activity
• Extended period of account inactivity

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature.
