Job description About the Role: We are looking for a Data Analyst who can turn data into actionable insights to support business growth and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate findings effectively to cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Understand business goals, identify problem areas, and design data-driven solutions. Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities. Build and maintain dashboards and automated reports to track key business metrics (KPIs). Partner with cross-functional teams (Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Product) to support data-backed decision-making. Perform ad-hoc analysis using SQL, Excel, Python, or R to support ongoing business needs. Requirements: Proficiency in SQL and Excel; working knowledge of Python/R preferred. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
