Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive / Specialist

Location: Kirti Nagar, New Delhi

Budget - upto 15 to 20k per month


Job Purpose

To develop, implement and manage digital marketing campaigns across a variety of online channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, leads and conversions in line with company growth objectives.


Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute and optimise digital marketing campaigns across channels including search (SEO/SEM), social media, email, display advertising and content marketing.
Manage and grow the companys social media presence, including content creation, scheduling, community management and engagement tracking.
Conduct keyword research, on-page/off-page optimisation and link building to improve organic search ranking.
Set up, monitor and optimise PPC campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads) to achieve target ROI.
Develop email marketing campaigns, manage subscriber lists, perform A/B tests and analyse results.
Monitor, measure and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), derive insights and recommendations for optimisation.
Collaborate with content creators, designers, web developers and other stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing, tools and best-practices, and provide thought leadership within the team.
Manage budgets for digital channels, ensure efficient spend and track performance against KPIs.
Qualifications & Skills

Any Graduate .
Proven experience (e.g., 1-3 years) in digital marketing or similar role, depending on seniority of the position.
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing and other digital channels.
Experience using web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.) and marketing automation platforms.
Excellent analytical skills, data-driven thinking, ability to interpret metrics and generate actionable insights.
Creative mindset with ability to generate engaging content and campaigns.
Good communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in cross-functional teams.
